Can we have a new feature to add context variables to the HTML dashboard widget? For example application ID, ID of a report etc. When copying application from Production to Test, the report IDs are different and HTML links are therefore broken.
Hello, I'm having a case, where I need to display last comment, author of the comment, and date on a Data Table attribute. I don't want to move the comments, to parent flow, as this will create a lot of mess due to lots of child flows. I thought this could be a built in feature, same as we can select last comment in buisness rules context, we could access it from reports, and webcon data sources, so it would be easy to display it.
Dear All we have a lot of pie charts at our dashboards and when someone has a lot of cases in different instances of pie chart dimenssion e.g. depo, country, acceptacne path it is difficult (esspecially since WEBCON2022) to select certain part of data. it would be nice to have option to select one lable from the graph legen or deselect all and then select one instead of deselecting several + recent dispaying of the values on pie chart doesn't bring a lot of value as it only shows number of inst (...)
In template configuration of vacation template generated process we have 2 important data sources - vacation history and vacation plans. Their display on vacation chart is different - history has legend and colors for different types of absences, whereas plans are displayed just in one color and there are no types. Hi, as always when a new feature is provided, new requests will follow immediately. :) It would be great to see in the workflow history whether path authorization was used and which method was used. At the moment, it's not at all visible if path authorization was used at all. If the authorization is activated for existing workflows, we can't distinguish which instances have been using it. Hi. I would suggest to simplify company selector in substitutions. In environments with multiple companies and several content databases list of companies is cross join of both, making it difficult for the user to choose and also requires adding several substitudions records for each content database (content database names are rather technical name and are not usefull for end users). Hello, While designing form I'm often getting questions about possibility to set some additional description to the field. I'm usually talking about the tooltip, but it requires the action of end user - he have to willingly hover on the (ℹ️) icon, to display the message, and there is no guarantee, that he will see it. Hi, it would be great if the "Download all attachments" would always be visible. At the moment it is only visible if: - There are at least two attachments - "Add and edit" is allowed It would be even better if the "Download all attachments" would reflect the currently displayed attachments. Hi, Blocking access based on login. Situation related to last webconaday :). Suddenly, there was a need to block access to the webcon BPS platform for a specific user. The situation was a bit more complicated because the user could not be deactivated at the AD level. Of course, it can be done, but it requires analyzing data, ad groups, places on configuration forms where such a person can be indicated as a functional person, etc. Maybe it would be good to implement the option at the admi (...)
Hi, the HTTP response for displaying a workflow instance contains all global form rules. It's ignored which kind of form rules are used by the process/element. The response should only contain those form rules which are referenced. After all, the exported process will also export the used/referenced global form rules and not all. This applies at least to versions 2023.1.2.44 and 2022.1.4.155. Moving these form rules out of the HTTP response for each element would have an even bigg (...)

Hello, Introducting roles for managing BPS Groups: Global Permission Admin and per Group Admins it would be helpful to have feature to view the group members for every/configured users. Hi, in an Azure Active Directory environment it would be great to add an option to the people field which would configure it, whether external /guest users are selectable at all. Default value should be false. A customer worked around this by limiting the selection to a BPS group and adding AAD Groups as members of the group. No external user was a member of the AAD group. In the calculated columns of my standard table report I have a calculated column with a red square for an overdue task and green for all the "to be done n the future" ones. Works great. Dear all, I am wondering if there is no option for a case-insensitive search for fieldtypes like "Autocomplete" or "Choice field". At the moment I am struggling to search for values with search mode "Contains". Unfortunately the search results differs based on beginning the search phrase with an upper or lower case. Hi, it would be great if the error message : It is not possible to test a source or business rule that contains columns of an item list. Would only be displayed for the test button of the expression editor. Currently it's also displayed for the "Show" buttons which forces me to replace the variable in the SQL management studio myself.
