Dear Community, I’ve recently noticed some issues when using WEBCON BPS Designer Studio on a 4K resolution display with scaling enabled (at 125% or 150%). While the text in the application appears to scale correctly, many of the graphical elements are either very small (not scaled) or blurry (improperly scaled). I’m attaching a screenshot to show how it looks on a Retina display (not even a 4K res). Is there any possibility of improving support for such scenarios?

Hi everyone, I've got today a question from my business side if there is a possibility to change how 'Coply link to clipboard' button works. Right now it copies raw URL to the element, so after pasting it into teams it's visible as raw URL. When you copy URL from the browser search bar, it's being pasted as formatted link and it's presented as {Signature} with underscore, and it's blue - so a link. Data sources TAB in Application - add column with "Access to data in the context of system account" NO I need to click one by one to check if is marked or in each attribute "arrow" next to data source and jump to data source and then check is picked ... I don't know how you, but I miss Groups in Tabs .. I can do Group and then put Tabs ... I can do Tabs and put Group in each Tab .. but ... I can't do Group with Tabs and then in each tab put group ... :/ why? 1. I have form with lot of groups I would like to on each step put some groups on each tab to manage the order in form ... 2. For a customer we need ISO week numbers integrated into the date picker feature. Sales managers schedule promotions with forecasts, which they need to transfer to demand planners. Hi, Currently we have 'Error occured' in the header of the validation message. This often results in unnecessary logging of error reports from users who do not read the content, but only suggest that there is an error. Perhaps it would be a good idea to change the content of the header to something else that does not suggest an error, or allow it to be defined per action or globally? Regards.
Hi, in my opinion it would be great, if the Archive view /explore/all could be configured on a global level in Designer Studio. Maybe as a BPS internal view. This would allow us to define the system and global fields which are available for every process. For example I really would like to have the option to see/sort/filter the modified date and business entity which is currently not possible. In the 2023 version, we have the ability to generate QR codes for each element. The mobile application has introduced a search by QR codes, which is very useful. I miss the ability to add QR codes to document prints from Webcon. It could look similar to adding barcodes in document templates. Thanks to this, a person who receives a printed document could easily find the right element in the Webcon system by scanning the QR code.

Issue: you cannot setup field availibility for archived instances Proposal: there could be a 3rd form editor like standard/mobile form have. Hi, I'm finally taking the time to add this user voice. I think it was in BPS 2020 or 2021 where the option was added that a constant in a business rule would be displayed in the format Group:Constant (1). Right clicking on the name of the constant would show a context menu with all constants in this group (2). This was similar to the one which is displayed if you right click on the choose field to switch from ID to Name. Can we get it back please. :) Best regards, Daniel
Hi everyone, I just received a response in a ticket and the rich text contained a link to an attachment. I've never thought about this, but I really like this. In this context it would be great, if the context menu auf an attachment would have a function to copy the link of the attachment. Hello everyone, I've encountered too many times situation, where i need to make really subtle change in application, to fix some kind of error/bug. Changes so small like: * Add column on a report * Update filter on picker field * Update filter on report * Check 'wizard mode' on path * Reorder paths * and other fixes requiring less than 5 minutes of work in designer studio... Going through whole DEV/TEST/PROD workflow is overkill for those, and waiting 2+ weeks for making that change (...)
Hello, in the 2023.1.3.29 version, we have apparently identified a reproducible bug. In our case we are using a text field to store a time value. The goal is for this to automatically replace a period ('.') with a colon (':') after input (Style and behavior). The error occurs when we attempt to replace every period ('.') with another character using STRING REPLACE, specifically in the case of "15.00" where we want to replace each period ('.'). There is a possibility to attach an email by dragging it manually from outlook to the attachments area. By doing so, user is asked about category, to which attachment should be added, but it's visible later only in the history, and not on the form. I suggest, that categories should be also visible on e-mail conversations tab, so when user selects it, it is not hidden.
