Concurrency Error on timeout

Hello everyone, I have a workflow where data is imported and instances are created. After the import, a timeout (minute) is defined which further delays the instance. A field value (multiline text) is set on the path. At this point, the workflow encounters an error (Concurrency Error). Check status/step of subworkflows

Hello everyone, I am new to Webcon so it might be a dumb question. Anyway, I am trying to create an App where one Department starts one Workflow that creates subworkflows for several other departments. The main Workflow should be able to see the current status/step of every subworkflow. File attachments can be edited by all users

Hello everyone, Is it possible to set the attachment function so that users can upload files in all workflow steps? Currently, in my app, this only works if the user has editing rights for this instance. But I don't actually want that the users have editing rights on all instances and do not want to create complicated rules, that then unlock the overall rights, but immediately revoke the rights for certain fields. Hi is there a way to get from the database all the permissions to all the reports that we have ? I was not able to find any column with that information and I do not know how to get such info

Discard User Checkout

Is there any way to influence the user checkout behaviour (i.e. force discard after x ammount of time) when users are only saving an instance but not ending the edit mode of the form. I currently have the issue that there are several users who are behaving like this and we aren't able to convince them to either close their browser window/tab or at least click "Cancel editing" after they have saved their progress. I know there would be the potential risk that data is lost if i force the discard (...)

Remove Personal Data Action

Hi, Have you encountered this situation? I deleted some instances using the 'Remove Personal Data" then "Archive workflow instances' action. Both actions delete the instance, but the instance's signature remains in the WFElementSignatures table. Thanks, Raluca

Viewing a value from a choice field in a report

Hi, I encountered the following error. I have an action that sets a value in a choice field. I set the choice field through the value of the ID. When I enter the form, the value is correctly set, and it displays the name corresponding to the set ID. However, when I enter the report, in that column, I see the value of the ID instead of the name.
