Hello, I have a global cyclical action that does some things. And in "Error handling" section i've got an automation that sends a customized email It was working fine in 2022, stopped working after upgrading it to the newest 2023 version. Currently it is impossible to do such scenario. I've also tried invoking a REST API but it also fails. Those automation put somewhere else (not in cyclical actions) work fine. Hi, Does anyone know how to use the 'Edit a list element' action to update a document element in a SharePoint document library that is in a sub folder in the SharePoint document library? I am trying to use a CAML query and while I can find documents in the root document library, I can't get the CAML to find documents in a sub folder in the document library. Hey, I have a problem with calling a REST action via timeout or global action. When performing a global action moving a document a path with a rest message there is an error.... When a document is pushed via a path where a REST action has been configured,... a problem occurs. An error (lack of privileges) in executing the Generate/Update a Word file triggered from the Menu button by a user who had privileges to read an instance but not to edit it. This is happening after upgrade to version 2023.1.2.124. It was working in previous version we were using. It would be great if we can go back to allowing users with read only access to generate a word file. Thank you

The action is simple and it worked until now (previous version 2023.1.1.89). When the action runs it returns an error "Can't send e-mail: Column 'mail' does not belong to table Results.". We are building an on-boarding Workflow whitch is adding a new AD-User and granted him with the needed User-Groups. But when the User is needed to syncroniced with the Azure-AD because of using O365, i have no access to alter the User anny more. To adding and alter the User we use the SAM-account name and it works very well. But this doesn´t work on the Azure Users. By the way our AD is generated with an xxx.home and our Azure AD changed it to the Mail extension xxx.com So when i try (...)

Hello, I have an template with a simple excel file that has a table named "TableExcel". This table has 4 columns: DATE,CUSTOMER,VALUE,CURRENCY. In designer I created an item list with 4 colums that have the same name. When I map the columns in designer I use "Sheet1!TableExcel" and on the right i drag the columns from the item list. Hi, We recently migrated Webcon to new servers on SharePoint 2019. Apparently, the configuration under Webcon BPS Configuration on each SharePoint site got lost (the database name etc.). 1. Is this behavior expected during migration? 2. Is it possible to set it globally or is it necessary to set it manually on each SharePoint site/subsite? 3. Hello, I have item list with few rows and few columns, one is the column field type: Yes/No choice. I would like to save instance on Yes/No choice field change. I put to the field style and behavior – Form rule to be executed on value change – MOVE TO NEXT STEP XYZ. The XYZ path is starting and ending in current step (i.e. it is in fact the SAVE path). Hi, Recently our hotmailbox started to behave strangely. When an email is received, it is simply moved to archive and the workflow is not started. If however we move the email back into inbox from archive manually, the workflow starts normally. Do you have any suggestions how we might try to troubleshoot this? Thanks!
