Extract substitution person

Hi, I wanted to create a rule to validate if the current user is the assigned person directly or the substitution person. I was able to get the assigned person directly from System fields, but I wasn't able to get the substitution person. How can I extract, without SQL, the substitution person? Thank you, Raluca

Distinct values

Hello, I am a webcon beginner. Can someone help me? I created a Dictionary with the following fields: Company and Project. Company A can have Project 1, and Company B can have Project 1 too. When i run a process: i have to select Company and Project. But when i select a project, in the company field i want to see only distinct values of companies from my Dictionary entries for that selected project only. I have tried with function DISTINCT, but it didnt work.. thanks!

No associated application to edit the file

Hi there Does anyone know the reason for why when i try to edit a word attachment from the form i get a message "No associated application to edit the file" but Word is opening just fine? Version 2022.1.4.61 Any input would be much appreciated. Cheers Pasquale

Hi, is it possible to manage colors in the graphic - Gantt chart? My "holiday schedule" data source retrieves data from two processes (remote work at the initiative of the employee and occasional remote work). By inserting the source into the process, all elements are marked with the same color. I would like elements from two processes to be colored separately with a color of my choice.

Connection with MS Planner

Error sending custom email

Hi everybody, since yesterday I get an error when I create a custom email in action templates. Error: Error sending mail: Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list. It happens when I use the action in a process AND when I hit the "Send test mail" button in the action itself. Does anyone have a solution? webcon version is 2022_1_3 Best regards, Lutz

There are multiple possible signatures that must be added based on the person selected during the workflow (a responsible person). What would be a secure way of adding these "pictures" or scans of signatures to the generated pdf? Hi, I noticed that the webcon workflow service logs warnings almost every time I display an element with an item list on it. E.g. I opened element in the browser and the service logged "Control not found ('SubElems_257')WFD_ID=21065". I don't have any page loading rules and there are no actions performed on this item list in the current step. It occurs in various applications and processes that I have. The event viewer does not provide any additional information. Does anyone have a similar situ (...)

Filter on Date in Item LIst

Hi, I have an item list with a "date" column. I figured out that filtering (or even showing it in a customized date format in a data table) is tricky as the daty type of the column is actually nvarchar(1000). Create a clickable link inside a word attachment

Has anyone ever tried to create a clickable hyperlink inside a word attachment using the bps word addin? It seems that the add-in just transfers string information to the document regardless of what "meta-information" is contained with the string (i.e. line breaks/formatting in multiline fields using rich mode) I get the link url put out to word but in word it's not recognized as such until i add a space or new line after it (same as it would when just typing a url in word) Thanks in adva (...)
