There should be possibility to save all attachemnts from the archived elements in the archived elements report just as in the normal report. I need this possibility badly now! :-)
Can we have a new feature to add context variables to the HTML dashboard widget? For example application ID, ID of a report etc. When copying application from Production to Test, the report IDs are different and HTML links are therefore broken.
Dear WEBCON Team, has anyone else noticed that when you zoom in the WorkFlow designer and press save or leave the tab then re-enter, the zoom is significantly reduced. This seems inconvenient. Is there a setting with which the zoom stays as adjusted per me? Best Regards, Lena
I was thinking that it is a good thing you can place attributes horizontaly in a group. However in addition there could be something like "number of attributes in a row". An example - when I have 9 attributes in a group and would like to place them in a matrix 3 x 3 (let's say in this case this is the best layout for some purpose) now I have to create 3 groups of 3 attributes and turn off the visibility of group names. Hi. In version 2023, the method of handling company selection when starting from a tile has been changed. Previously, if the remaining parameters were defined in the button configuration, a form was immediately displayed and the company could be changed directly there. Currently, a popup always appears in this situation and the company can be changed later on the form. Users report this as an unfriendly solution. The history of items sometimes contains from several to several hundred or several thousand items. A proposal to add the possibility of presenting the last 5-10 history elements, because with hundreds of history elements a timeout error is received.
Hi, if a data row/ data table is based on a BPS internal view to configure, whether the names/translations of the columns should be used. The default value should be true. It's just a waste of time to not only provide the translations the first time but also to update these when the name/translation of the referenced column changes. Hello, Right now there are Next step, and Previous step buttons on the Step Edit window, but if we need to edit two steps, which are X steps apart, then we have to: * Click X times - and every have some delay - loading the data. * Close step editor, and use list on the workflow, or the diagram to select step which we want to edit. I've got an idea that in the Step Edit window, we could add list of steps (list, tree, tabs) to choose from. An example in attachments :)

Hello, Introducting roles for managing BPS Groups: Global Permission Admin and per Group Admins it would be helpful to have feature to view the group members for every/configured users. In the calculated columns of my standard table report I have a calculated column with a red square for an overdue task and green for all the "to be done n the future" ones. Works great. Dear all, I am wondering if there is no option for a case-insensitive search for fieldtypes like "Autocomplete" or "Choice field". At the moment I am struggling to search for values with search mode "Contains". Unfortunately the search results differs based on beginning the search phrase with an upper or lower case. Hi everyone, I'm not sure yet whether it's a good idea or not, but I think it might proof useful, if we could add an icon to path buttons, like they are available for the menu buttons. I just tried emojis today and I think it will help users to distinguish similar paths. But since these are emojis there may be problems with light/dark mode and different devices. Massactions in reports are quite usefull, but they only support path transitions. There are cases, where you would like to apply changes to workflow elements which are in different steps. For those cases i would be great having the option to just update the element rather than moving to another step. Hi, I don't know when the character limit for the field multiple lines of text in item lists was added, but is it possible to change this limit? Or adding the ability to change it? The DET_LongTextX column in the database is ntext type, so is there any reason to limit the number of characters to 1000?
