Designer Studio gives the possibility to apply additional button styles. Adding the possibiltiy to define additional class attributes on the path properties would make the styling easier. The custom styles could be defined in the new html-field (for every process we would have to define it again) or much better, let it define in the themes editor! Hi, it would be really amazing if one could choose the credentials that have been used for "Active Directory Actions Configuration" in System Settings in the configuration of a "Run a PowerShell script" action. It's a mess having to copy & paste the same credentials every time. And if one day the password needs to be changed all action configurations have to be found and updated. Hi, unfortunately there seems to be no configuration for output parameters in PowerShell script invoke actions. This is much needed to get back calculated values, created logs or whatever else. When an application is shared with a specific developer and the developer only has access to this application, he cannot generate process documentation. He must report to the administrator, who has access to all applications, to generate documentation files. Hi, we can display the first attachment on page load. Unfortunately, this only works if the attachment is not displayed as a popup. Even if the documentation is updated to mention this different behavior. I find it counter intuitive that this should be a different Instead of changing the current way, I would prefer a form rule which can be used to display an attachment in the preview. Hi, I think it would make sense to add to the global permissions the level “access to applications” Currently, if we give a global level of, for example, “permission to read all items” it can be problematic to give permissions to the application per each application. This needs to be maintained and remembered. If there is a global level per item, it should also be global for the application. Regards.
There's tile restriction in Outlook addin classic which doesn't allow to add more than 12 costum tiles. Is there any way to add more than 12 tiles? I'm asking becouse this tool is used on daily besis by our costumers.

Hi, I think it would be good to add the functionality of sending an email to the replacement person (checkbox). We do not always set up a replacement in the HR process where we can send an e-mail notification. By doing this via the BPS Portal, we are unable to notify the replacement person that they have received this honor :) Best regards, D.
Adding a confirmation dialog for the process cloning action. Occasionally, users may accidentally click the clone button, and this accidental click leads to cloning the entire process, along with the full process/action definition, etc.

Coming from developing individual web applications, for large projects, it would be practical to have a fourth environment to run WEBCON BPS Instead of having only DEV/TEST/PROD, we would like to have DEV/TEST/INTEGRATION/PROD. or similar. DEV/TEST would be in-house to develop and test the applications, and INT/PROD would be on the client's Infrastructure. Hi everyone, This might be a big one, but on one of latest webinars I've heard that there is open 'Designer Studio' project at Webcon, so I'll give it a shot - if not now, then I'm not sure if there will be a better time ;) I think most of us have used SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio to test some queries, and maybe a VSCode / Notepad++ for some powershell - all of those support autocompletion (which in most cases of recent software is supported by language server protocol). Hi, I'm currently reducing the execution time of a long path transition in version 2023.1.2.44. In this context I noticed that saving the instance executes "recalculate rows". In our case this causes another execution of data rows which are only used for displaying information. They are not used in any other combination, even the usage tab is empty.
