Hi everyone, I had the requirement to provide a drop down which can be used to select a form type. Since I'm a fan of doing things the right way I've chosen to provide a multilingual label. Hi everyone! I've recently heard that we are soon to have electronic invoices in XML format (in Poland) instead of PDFs. This should shorten invoice processing in Webcon as we could read fields straight into the form with no errors and no OCR verification step. This sounds very good, but will Webcon be ready for this? Will there be actions allowing to read data from xml structure and map them to the form? Or maybe there is something working already? Michal
We have to iclude the Google Tag Manager into the Head and Body of the generated Webcon site of a dashboard. Including into the body seems to be possible via a HTML field. But we seemingly have no option to put it into the page header. Does anyone have any experience with Google Tag Manager and Webcon?
Hello Community, i tried to install the newest version of WebCon on a server as - Sharepoint/Full Trust installation - WEBCON BPS Portal + WEBCON BPS Classic package (We first installed the .NET Hosting Bundle 1.9, then the System compontents check displayed that Version 2.1 is required.) Hi, I get an error when trying to sync with a domain: Unable to find Net Bios Name for domain. With synchronization of another domain there is not problem. The permissions have been added. Hi Everyone, I want to change some field values on a sub-workflow but from a main workflow level. Example: I have a main workflow with 3 sub-workflows. When some user choose a path on the main workflow I want to modify some fields in the sub-workflows. Is there any action to achieve it?
Hello folks, I have to create a Word file with data from several workflows and therefore created business rules with SQL Commands in them to help me with that. The problem is, those business rules are nowhere to be found in the Business Rules section of the Word Add-in. Several other rules are shown, but those with SQL Commands in them are just not there. Is this a known behaviour, or a bug, or is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.

I added one time out action with Type: Minute, Interval (minutes): 1, Repetition count: Infinite and 1 action below which basically changes the value of a single field. I have a report that displays data from several processes. If I want to filter by a column which is a global or computed field, for example, the data is prompted only for those that have been loaded. if the data in the filter has been read to the value, e.g. 'o' trying to narrow down to a word that starts with the letter 'p' the search doesn't work. For some reason neither Concat nor "+" works when adding another text to the output of my business rule. I have tried Concat and "+" inside and outside the rule. Neither worked sadly.
We are sending out email and need to know whether the email had been delivered or not. When sending a custom email the "Delivery notification" and "Read notification" can be set. How do the interact with WEBCON BPS or better say, how can i check for the delivery/read notification?
Hello, I tried to import some templates from DEV environment to TEST environment and when I uploaded the .zip archive the following error occured on the .xlsx report: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: securityProvider" Does anyone know why do we get this error? Thanks!
There is probably a bug in ver. 2021.1.3.205 on webconapps.com. If you click Generate preview in Designer studio and save the process, the preview is available (when clicking on the step names in the Information panel in front end). As soon as I make some changes, e.g. modify a field name or any other modification and save the process again, the preview is not available anymore. I noticed also that the preview quality (generated image) in front end depends on the designer studio size on the mo (...)

Hi All, I have a workflow where I use “Start a subworkflow (SQL)” action. I also have a “Wait for sub-workflows(system step)” step where I wait until all the subworkflows will end.
