Problem with log out after close system

I have a problem with session not ending after logging into WEBCON system. Even after turning off computer, the webcon session continues. How to solve it? Maybe you have some tips?

Setup stucked at Search Server configuration

Hi, I'm trying to install Webcon standalone version 2022.1.4.84 and everything is going smoothly until it reach Search Server configuration. I filled host address, add passwords for solr and WEBCON_BPS user, then "Next" - here the green bar is moving and moving for 10-15 minutes but nothing new happens. The installer is not going to the next step. Is it normal behaviour?

Turn off part of a rule?

May be a sily question, but... is there a way to turn off parts of a form rule? It would be nice to stop some elements (formulas) from working for debugging reasons. Now to do that I have to delete these parts. Am I missing something, is there w way to do that?

OCR Verification view missing in 2022.1.4.84

I've updraded to 2022.1.4.84 last night and today I noticed that the OCR Verfication step looks now just like other forms - there is no pdf display on the right. In 2022.1.2.59 just yesterday everything worked. Am I missing some change in the machanics? UPDATE: It seems that documents that passed through OCR before Webcon update display properly in the OCR Verification step (with the preview and yellow hihglights). Sharepoint action executed by timeout returns 401 Unauthorized

Hi, I have encountered a strange problem in version 2022.1.4.84 - previously in 2021 it worked fine, and the configuration was not changed. I am using actions for Sharepoint Online - add/edit/delete list elements, and none of these actions work if triggered by timeout - error "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.". Dear All we are looking to embadd Webcon's for into our interal SP intranet therfore we have ancountered and issue of SSO (do not want people to log in twice especcialy that this is a very light process witht 2 filed to be filled in). has anyone tackeled this issue as it seems that there is not standard out of the box solution. thanks

Changing "Created by" (WFD_CreatedBy)

Hi, Because an employee left our company, I need to remove his information from Created By fields. How can I do this? Can I transfer workflows he created to another employee or generic account? Can I anonymize his data some other way? I tried with GDPR actions but "Author" is a system field and I didn't find a way to do it. Is there a built in action that could do this? Do I need to resort to SQL and would that even be wise? Thanks in advance

Wrong time in email viewer

Hi For some attached emails, the wrong time is displayed in the preview. Specifically the time in the wrong time zone. From what we've been able to check, it's probably related to the Aspose library. Archived element still present in SOLR report

Hello, I have archived one WF element, removing it completely from the database. However, I have a report based on SearchIndex, and I can still see the element header in this report (of course when I click on the link it gives me message of: Workflow instance does not exist What should I do to remove the instance from SOLR?

Automatically adding an email as an attachment

Hi, I'm sure some of you had a similar issue. In our process, we send an automatic reminder by email. Email need to be added as an attachment in flow. To make it you have to do a workaround, which is not convenient. How do you do it? it would not be easier to add the "add as attachment" checkbox in Configuration - Send a custom email? like the ones in the attached picture greetings Bartek ?
