There are no active tasks in step 3091, but there are some documents in step 3090, because it's a final step. Also I didn't do any changes in these two steps. I found out that after updating DEV and TEST I have a DEFAULT Dashboard in dbo.AppDashboards with different ADS_Guid numbers.
