Dear Community,
We have standalone version of BPS. When the user is loggedin via google account, they cannot edit attached word document due to attached error (attached pictures).
Do you know any solution to this error?

Hi,
I don't have any idea, this would probably be true if I would understand the message, but a tip in general.
You can copy most windows error messages using Ctrl+c when the error dialog is active. This way you could paste the message here.

In Windows Event Viewer we get the same message as on attached screenshot which is:
Event ID: 300
Microsoft Word
Organization rules prevent this action from being performed. Please contact support for more information.
